At GALCREA, we want our customers to be satisfied with the products they purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, we offer an easy and free process for either replacing the item or canceling the purchase and refunding the product cost.
It is important not to open, damage, manipulate, or use the product you wish to return. As a first condition for a replacement or refund to be applicable, the product must be returned to GALCREA in the same condition in which it was originally sent.
That is, if the box arrives damaged or the product is opened, please do the following in order to report it and receive a refund or a new package:
Take photos of the package upon receiving it in poor condition.
Send the photos and report the issue immediately to info@galcrea.com You have 24 hours to report any issue. The time starts as soon as the package is received.
If the issue is determined to be the fault of GALCREA or the shipping company, we will send a new package with the merchandise and include a return label so you can send the original product back free of charge.
